The Dashboard


Your dashboard is what you see when you log in to your portal. It tells you:

  1. Your DID(s) (the phone number(s) your callers use to access your system)
  2. How many callers you had over time (on the graph)
  3. How many simultaneous callers you had (channels)
    • You can see how many channels were used over different periods of time by clicking the dropdown menu.
  4. How many library branches you have (you can manage your library branches by clicking on "IVR Branch" in the Menu)
  5. How many albums you have (you can manage your albums by clicking on “Library” in the Menu)
  6. How much storage you’ve used, and how much you have left
  7. How many new and read voice messages you have received in your voice mailboxes
